Third-Party Application Security

Third-Party Application Security & Accreditation Readiness

Software vendors and SaaS providers selling into Saudi government or regulated enterprise environments are increasingly expected to demonstrate real security architecture, not just a questionnaire response. This engagement assesses the product, prioritizes remediation and helps prepare the evidence a security approval or accreditation-readiness review will ask for.

Software vendors, SaaS vendors, technology product companies, solution providers and cloud solution providers selling into Saudi government, enterprise or regulated environments.

Is this your situation?

The problems this engagement exists for

  • A Saudi government or regulated customer has sent security requirements your product cannot yet answer with evidence.

  • A deal is stalled on security approval, and the findings came back as a list rather than a plan.

How I Solve It

The approach, where it applies and what you receive

Independent assessment and remediation support that prepares software products, SaaS platforms and third-party applications for demanding Saudi enterprise and government cybersecurity requirements before they reach production.

  • Security architecture review
  • Application-security assessment
  • Infrastructure & cloud-security review
  • Identity and access controls
  • Encryption, logging and monitoring
  • Secure SDLC considerations
  • Vulnerability findings coordination
  • Cybersecurity documentation & policies
  • Security approval / accreditation readiness

What you receive

A prioritized remediation plan plus the documentation and evidence needed for a security approval or accreditation-readiness review — supported, not personally issued.

What is different afterwards

A remediation plan ordered by what blocks approval first, plus the documentation and evidence the security approval or accreditation-readiness review will ask for.

Led/supported ISO/IEC 27001 implementation and certification-readiness for a major government organization, including ISMS, risk, controls, remediation and audit preparation.

Enterprise AWS Migration

Architecture and migration work across smaller organizations and large enterprises, including AWS architecture, IAM, networking, Windows/Linux workloads, cloud security and operational planning.

International & Security-Sensitive Experience

25+ years across Europe, international environments and Saudi Arabia, including experience associated with CERN, the Swedish Defence Research Agency (FOI), Saudi government and regulated/research environments.

How an Engagement Works

From your problem to a decision you can defend

Every engagement starts with your situation, not a methodology deck. Four steps, each with a clear output — and a no-obligation free 30-minute review if you want to test the fit first.

  1. Understand

A short conversation about the decision in front of you: the environment, the constraints, the objective and who has to sign off.

  2. Scope

We agree what is being solved, what information and access are needed, what you receive at the end and where the engagement stops. NDA and confidentiality requirements are accommodated where required.

  3. Assess

Architecture and documentation review, stakeholder discussions, technical assessment and/or workshops — whichever the agreed scope needs.

  4. Recommend

You receive clear executive findings plus technically actionable recommendations. Implementation or ongoing advisory can be scoped separately if you want it.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you only advise, or can you help with implementation?

Engagements can range from independent architecture review through migration/security implementation advisory and operational support. Scope depends on the problem.

Are you tied to AWS, Google Cloud or another vendor?

No. Advice is vendor-neutral. Experience includes AWS, Google Cloud, OCI, stc cloud, Zain Cloud, private cloud and hybrid environments.

Can you work with our existing system integrator or vendor?

Yes. Independent architecture review can complement internal teams, cloud partners, system integrators and vendors.

Can engagements be confidential?

Yes. Government, regulated and enterprise technology work often involves sensitive information. NDA and confidentiality requirements can be incorporated into the engagement.

Remote or onsite?

Saudi Arabia, GCC and international remote advisory are supported. Onsite requirements can be discussed by engagement.

Do you guarantee certification/accreditation?

No. Shah.sa provides assessment, architecture, implementation and readiness support. Certification, accreditation and regulatory decisions remain with the applicable authorized body.

How are engagements priced?

Engagements are scoped around the problem, required work and expected deliverables. Fixed-scope assessments and recurring advisory arrangements are available.
